Why Our Customers Love Us
Don't just take our word for it. With over 20 years in Toronto and a legacy dating back to the 1970s, we're the neighborhood experts you can rely on.
Jennifer was great. Hydro pool hot tub is fantastic. Delivery was easy and efficient. Very responsive to any questions we had as we were first time hot tub owners!

We love Bona Vista! We just purchased our second hot tub from them and couldn't be happier. Our space is unique and only allowed for a specific install to make the hot tub work with our dimensions. Both Jennifer and Rob were excellent when it came to making our dream a reality. The also fitted a custom cover lift for us to make everything work. We went with a self cleaning tub this time around which has proven to be great given all of the activity that the tub gets! I highly recommend BonaVista, their products are superior and their service is top notch!

Recently bought a tub and so far so good! Cole was our main contact and he was helpful and responsive. We had a tricky install and he was patient and helped as much as he could to facilitate delivery and install. We had heard about BV from some friends and were glad we went with them in the end.

We recently purchased a Hydropool Signature hut tub from BonaVista LeisureScapes and it was a great experience. Cole was especially friendly, knowledgeable and patient during the process of reviewing all of the models and working with our landscape designer to best locate the hut tub in our backyard. The installation was professionally handled and the on-site demonstration by Cole was exceptional. I would highly recommend BonaVista for their professionalism and friendliness.

Jennifer and her team at BonaVista offer amazing value and great service. As a first time purchaser I was looking for a vendor who would take the time to explain what the purchase of a hot tub involved and what I should consider. Jennifer went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped into the store. I love my hot tub and maintaining it was just as easy as Jennifer said it would be! Thanks again, have been using it every day!

Deciding to buy a hot tub/spa is a big decision! My husband researched a few suppliers and chose BonaVista after visiting their showroom: staff was so helpful explaining it all, we felt safe from the start. Installation was completed as scheduled and ran smoothly. We couldn't be happier! Thank you Jen, Cole & all
